Hi,

Lichen planus is a chronic and relapsing disease. Apply mild steroid cream. You may also use tacrolimus ointment. Take antihistaminics if itching is there. Avoid worries and tension as that may exacerbate the disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
