Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that there might be having super added bacterial infection giving more trouble.
Along with oral anti-fungal medicine go for one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Apply triple action cream locally.
Keep local hygienr clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
