i have round shoulders and slouch ever since childhood I have been to physical threopy i was wondering how long would it take before i really get bad health problems right now my neck hurts shoulders ache and my back hurts i also have ostopenia my spine is very weak

For osteopenia we recommend diet high in calcium like spinach etc .

You can take calcium supplements + vitaminD3 supplements by discussing with your doctor .
