What Is The Treatment For Vomiting And Red Spots?

Hi there. My 5 year old boy was sick last Friday in the night, again on Saturday. He has been fine in himself, perhaps not eating too much. He has been totally fine but was again sick last night and he has woken with red spots on his back, a few on his face and chest. There was a case do chickenpox at school so I imagine this is what it it. We are supposed to be travelling to Mauritius for Christmas on Saturday which we now think will not happen. He has 2 younger brothers ( 2 and 7 months) neither has had chickenpox. Could you offer some advice? Thank you

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to healthcaremagic
This can be chickenpox or urticarial rash.
Chickenpox rash starts from trunk and then spreads peripheral. It is visicular on erythematous background .itchy.In chickenpox if you start medicine within 48 hours then it shows good response and spread is also limited
Urticarial rash is like patches all over body, swollen and itchy. They decrease with antihistamine
