Dear-thanks for using our service, varicose veins are very hard to treat medically, most of the time requiring surgical repair. You can use support hose to help the pain and the worsening of the veins.Other treatment is to keep the legs elevated and use of one aspirin of 325 mg daily. If this does not help, surgical intervention is the last step.I would advise to use support hose and have a healthy diet, add antioxidants as vit C and E and get a vascular specialist if the veins are painful and big. If you only have spider veins, you might be candidate for saline injection by a professional in the area.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
