Typhoid oral==Live mutant bacilli=====ORAL ==========50-70%efficacy

Typhoid (Vi)====I/M ,S/C =========50% short lived single dose /course.
Booster dose require every year , all vaccine produces mild nausea , abdominal discomfort.
