Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello , Trivial mitral and tricuspid leaks are physiological and it is present in practically all General population it's just some doctors prefer not to report it as it's normal to have.
None of your symptoms are due to the trivial leaks and even in future they will not cause any symptoms.
The hyperventilation episodes are probably because of anxiety and just relaxing techniques would help .
