Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Torticollis may be congenital or acquired. Consult a orthopedist. Congenital ones require stretching the shortened neck muscles via surgery. Acquired ones has to be treated by treating the cause. Application of heat pads, traction to the cervical spine, and massage may help relieve head and neck pain. Stretching exercises and neck braces may help with muscle spasms along the pain medications. Surgery is rarely done in such cases. Early treatment will prevent worsening of this condition.
Wish you Good Health.
