ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

If you are sure about the diagnosis and have been suffering recurrent infections , then i would strongly recommend that you meet your ent doctor for considering getting them operated and removed. please meet your ent doctor as soon as possible. For the time being you can start gargling with warm salt water and avoid spicy food.

Thanks
