hi sir,
my friend,37 year old had a heart enlargement issue 2 years ago.
But now he is facing issue that water fluid is getting collected near his heart and befor 2 or 3 days he is getting vomiting and today he got blood vomit.
So,kindly let me know the reason behind this and how to cure this.<br
