What Is The Treatment For The Contacted Dermatitis And Eczema?

I was diagnosed with contacted dermatitis and eczema , my Dermatologist gave me Protopic ointment .01% to apply on the affected area which was on my lower back (red bumps like and it was very itchy. She did not warn me not to exposed to the sun while under treatment with this ointment. So today I went to the beach sunbathing and got red little bumps break out all over my arms, shoulders, neck and legs. I wonder if Protopic ointment has caused these red bumps to break out on me? Both of my arms have more red bumps and I m itching like crazy. I also had a bottle of Clobetasol Propionate foam .05% that was prescribed to me for eczema from another Dr., Can I use this to treat this sunburn/red bumps like on my arms and shoulder? Please advise. Thank you , Kim

Yes you use the clobetasol foam or ointment.
Short course steroid may be more helpfull under coverage of prophylactic antibiotic like Azithromycin 500mg daily for five days.
