What Is The Treatment For Teared Frenulum During Sex?

I tore my frenulum during sex yesterday. I went to a urologist and he told me to just wait and let it heal with application of a cream. But I noticed that there is a small scar from were the frenulum was, and the penis head looks a bit bruised. It also hurts sometimes when I have to pee and there is a painful stinging sensation when I try to touch it or wash it with water. Should I be concerned and go see my urologist again?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have sustained injury to your frenulum during sex and have wound on the under surface of glans penis .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Please do not worry it will heal up within a week.
