General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcoe to healthcare-magic
Greetings of the day

Local application of ice and analgesic like Ibuprofen wil be helpful.
If the swelling does not subside and there is gross deformity of external nose then i would suggest you to get a X ray in consultation with Pediatric Surgeon to rule out nasal fracture.

Take Care
