i had swollen lymph nod on one side with sore and blisters in throat roof the mouth .moreover there is extreme pain in cheek throat and gum i had fever 103 which resolved with clarithromycin

It seems that there might be having severe throat infection so it will take some time to subside.
As now temperature is control, gradually pain and swollen lymph nodes will be alright within a day or two as infection clears.
complete antibiotic medicine course.
Do antiseptic gargles.
Take light diet.
Ok and take care.
