What Is The Treatment For Swelling At The Anus?

I AM SSINGH FROM INDIA.I AM 47 MALE. LAST 4 DAYS THERE IS A SWOLLEN RIGHT AT THE START OF THE POINT WHERE MY STOOL COMES OUT . I HAVE BEING USING CREAM STEROIDS. 3 TIMES A DAY. NO BLOOD IS COMING OUT BUT IT IS UNCOMFORTABLE . WHAT FOOD I SHOULD EAT AND WAHT WILL BE THE BEST TREATMENT

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Something coming out of anus can be due to the following reasons.
Prolapsing hemorrhoid.
Polyp
Mass or caner
Rectal prolapse.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
Per-rectal examination, ano- proctoscopy and Colonoscopy.
Biopsy when cancer is suspected.
Once diagnosed it will be treated accordingly.
About food: you can have normal and usual food that you take and have added foods with more fibers.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that cause constipation.
