What is the treatment for sunburns ?

hi...i m 21,female...due to excess hot i had a sunburn on my face and whenever i m going out to sunlight and sweat is coming my face is burning and paining and now my skin is getting off and slight dark marks is can it be cured???

You have sunburns so cover your body when you are going out... apply sunscren lotion while going out. coconut oil application in the night. consult your nearest skin specialist.

Hi,thank for query.As your skin is burnt the outer layer is damaged and so it is sensitive.Please avoid sun exposure for some time if possible,apply sun screen lotion with good SPF as per your area.You can apply some moisturizer over the area.Bye and take care.
