What Is The Treatment For Stringy Stools?

My stool has been stringy lately. Sometimes I will get an uncontrollable urge to go to the bathroom. My appetite is normal. However, I am not sure if this is related but I have been sleeping about 10-12 hours a night, and cannot wake up to the20 alarms I set, and feel groggy during the day

You have constipation,urgent stools (occasional) and somnolence.Possibly it might be linked.Hypothyroidsm has to be ruled out first.Take up investigation for the same.Include more fibre in the diet ,drink more water and include iodised salt in your diet as a first line home management.Take care.
