Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. There are many possibilities for these complains but your physician has almost ruled out many possibilities. I suggest that you should have fecal elastase test and Ct scan abdomen to rule out chronic pancreatitis as it has high occurrence with Diabetes mellitus. other than did they had done biopsy of D1/D2 area when they did endoscopy? it its done than coeliac disease can ruled out. stool r/e,c/s should be done to look for any infectious cause of diarrhea. If these all are normal than its due to diabetic autonomic neuropathy. You can use gabapentin,duloxetine for autonomic neuropathy , hope it will help. Hope this answers your question.
