What Is The Treatment For Stomach Ache And Diarrhea?

This happened around two days ago. I was given kiwis by my mom, and I ate them fast because they were delicious. But afterwards, it left this very strange taste in my mouth. I went to go get a granola bar to wash away the taste. Then, I started feeling this strange sensation in my throat, like something was rising up it. But not like I wanted to throw up. In addition, I had this cut on my lip and I guess some kiwi juice got into it and it began to swell. The swelling eventually left but then I had stomach ache and diarrhea. Then from the next day up until now, the feeling of something rising my throat has been lessening and worsening. The only way I can get rid of it is by forcing a burp or drinking water (which makes me burp). I also experienced dry throat. I really don't know what's wrong or how I can stop it.
