What Is The Treatment For Stage 4 Breast Cancer?

i am female 64 yrs old,i had hysterectomy/oophs when 30 yrs cause i had stage4 breast cancer. i have a very dark meatus. why? i had 2 year of 5 fu and alkeran the late 70's at tulane med cntr in nola. i had been on estring(estrogen) for a year for severe itching/dryness. do not have intercourse i am also a heart/lung/stage 3/4 ckd. why the spot??

Hi

Since you had stage 4 breast cancer the dark meatus and spot could be due to the side effect of chemotherapy drug 5 FU.

5 FU contains Fluorouracil which can cause hyperpigmentation of the meatus.

I would advise you to apply Hirudoid Cream locally over the area twice daily for 2 weeks.

It works by improving the circulation after bruising or soft tissue injuries.
