What Is The Treatment For Squint Eye?

compliant of not able to see in night since childhood there was alos a lasik done in 1999 form somewhere , male 29 age right eye 6/36 and 6/9 left eye. Refraction was -0.75 / -1.00 x90* in right eye and 1.75 DS in the left eye. Cover test showed DVD with nystagmus for distance and near. Anterior segment examination was unremarkable in both eyes.Fudus examination was within normal limit in both eyes. Report of 2005.
Recent follow up in 2009 right eye 6/60 and 6/18 in the left eye. Refraction was - / 0.50x 90* in right eyes and - 2.50 DS in the left eyes. also complaint of squint..
Can squint be removed from right eye?

Your one eye vision is manageable but other eye is having low vision. One thing is apparent that you do not have binocular vision. Squint is the reason for loosing binocularity. One eye has developed amblyopia. virtualy you are using one eye.At this age no treatment is possible.
