What Is The Treatment For Sore Throat?

Hi,

I have had sore throat for about 10 days now. Initially it was very painful to swallow now not as bad and mainly on the left hand side accompanied by some ear pain though it can move around. During the day it can feel like it is easing only for it to return again in the evening.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, thanks for the query.
Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , combination of Paracetemol + Ibuprofen , Antihistaminic levocetirizine , Antibiotic azithromycin for 5 days.
Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
Hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
