Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain sore throat can be due to bacterial or viral throat infection leading to Pharyngitis and tonsillitis and ulcers in mouth seems to apthous ulcers and are commonly seen secondary to throat infection and will get gradually resolved once the infection subsides..
The white head bumps on legs does not seems associated to the throat infection and needs evaluation by a physician..
For throat infection you need to take a course of antibiotics like Augmentin, do warm saline gargles, take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, chew vitamin C pellet, do steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room.
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
For oral ulcers you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine, gargle with soda bicarb solution, take multivitamin tablet daily and avoid spicy food,,
Drink plenty of water and other warm fluids and maintain good oral hygiene..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
