What Is The Treatment For Sore And Dry Throat With Swollen Glands Due To Viral Infection?
Hi Dr. Grief,
I have had a sore throat, dry throat and swollen glands for 11 days now. I saw my doctor on Tuesday and she did a strep test (not present). She said I had a viral infection and of course could not prescribe medication. I still feel horrible today. My throat feels raw and my gland on the left is quite sore and tender. Any advise?

Luke warm water glass mix with teaspoon of salt and gargle with water avoid cold and sour things use ginger juice 5-7drops with jaggery and chew it
