What Is The Treatment For Sinus Infection, Fatigue, Difficulty Swallowing And Headache?

I have a sinus infection with no fever but I feel like im on fire on the inside is that normal..? I have lost my voice , I feel fatigue, I have problems swallowing, dont have any taste at all, headache, sweat and chills itching, the inside my mouth is red and itching like crazy , i feel like im in a bubble, slight ear pain drycough, sneezing itchy waery eyes , face was puffy on sunday and my eyes were red and irrated and itchy ....did my dr get my diagnosis right

In sinusitis you can get symptoms like this.X ray PNS is taken for confirming this.I usually give nasal decongesants and antibiotics for such case.Steam inhalation also gives soothing effect.Puncture and drainage of sinus will be necessary if no improvement with antibiotics and nasal decongesants.Hope this may help you.
