Hello,

Your bronchitis is improving. But you have chest pain as well as dyspnea problem for which further assessment can be done in the form of auscultation and spirometry examination. Spirometry help in assesses the severity of bronchitis as well. So will help in further management as well. If all things normal then excess stress sometimes can lead to such a presentation. Consult pulmonologist for examination and accordingly, further management plan decided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
