What Is The Treatment For Shortness Of Breath?

Hello I have a daughter who is 23 and experiencing shortness of breath when running, mainly up hills. Also headaches, loss of appetite and low grade fever. She is an avid runner, running about 7-10 miles a day. She has had anemia in the past and my question is can she be suffering from anemia? Or stress induced asthma?

It is very difficult o say whether she is having an asthma or anemia. YoU NEED TO DO SOME TEST TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT THE DIAGNOSIS IS.
Get a spirometry done, preferably a post exercise testing would be beneficial to diagnose an exercise induced asthma.
Cbc will help to let us know whether there is anemia still.
