What Is The Treatment For Severe Migraine?

I have a severe migraine, weakness, slurred speech, dizziness and shooting pain down my back to my feet and in my neck and chest. Sometimes it feels I m being compressed and cant breathe. Please let me know how to handle this. My doctor has me on gabapentin and nortriptyline.
