What Is The Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain?

Ok im a 20 year old female and have been suffering from lower back pain for a number of weeks now but recently the pain has gotten much worse.. It seems to be sore right around to the right and left side of my back and also in the middle and even the pain continues down my legs at some points. Sometimes it hurts to sit, stand and also lie down.. Also when i go to the toilet (not always) but sometimes, it hurts to pee and I woke up this morning with blood clots in my mouth? Im unsure if i coughed them up in my sleep or how they got in my mouth but there was a few. I don t know if that has something got to do with my back pain or not but I said i d add it in just in case. Please help. Thanks.
