What Is The Treatment For Severe Itchy Blisters In The Toe?

I felt like my toes were being bite on both my feet. I was wearing sandals and it was dark so I could not see. I rumbed my foot and I felt like I killed something. That was 10 days ago. Since then I have severe itching, blisters, skin peeling off and tiny multi black dots that are in the affected area. Could it be a spidar bite?

Hi thanks is for using HCM,
Itchy blisters on both toes could be IRRITANT DERMATITIS.
Theses blisters may seen in viral, candidal and insect bites.
In viral Blisters can be grouped and painful,
no itching and fever.
In Candidal fungal infection, it can be itching burning with white layers and associated with Groin infection.
In insect bite both legs and hands are involved.
Here only toes involved and that too severe itching,
and history of wearing SANDALS.
could be IRRITANT DERMATITIS.
1) Tab Allegra ( fexofenadine) 180 mg daily night.
2) Tab Phexin( Cephalexin) 250 mg twice daily.
3) Dipping of both legs on lukewarm water with added salt.
4) Betamethasone and gentamycin cream on affected part will give godd result
Thank you.
