Hi this has been going on for about a week and a half, but tonight it has been the worst. I woke up with a headache and it lasted until early afternoon. I had toast with peanut butter and banana at 11. Then at about 1 I had turkey and mashed potatoes for lunch and veggies. I started feeling better. Then I had some errands to run and grabbed a french vanilla cappuccino with a little coffee. I started getting a stomach ache about 10 mins after but kept drinking. I came home made dinner we had turkey sausage and veggies with brown rice. Almost 5 mins after eating I had to run to the bathroom and had a very unhealthy bm. My stomach hurt the rest of the night and I had to lay down. There were a couple times I felt better. Its 5am and my stomach is cramping again. I have been feeling nausea for a little bit. Light headaches lately and I get stomach aches depending on what I eat. I am a very gassy person also. I'm also tired a lot. A week ago this happened but just extreme nausea then I took a nap and was better the rest of the evening. It comes and goes but tonight it's staying and only feeling good for a sec. I can't make to many fast movements. Please help. Thanks Casey
