What Is The Treatment For Severe Cold?

i had a very severe cold . the local medical store person gave me cheston cold . This tab was new to me and so i checked online. I saw article saying this is banned !! . I already took the tablet , so very scared now. Please please tell me frankly if there would be any problem as i already took the tablet.

I have gone through your query ; for your kind information Cheston cold tablet contain paracetamol 500mg, phenylpropanolamine HCL25 mg and cetrizine hydrochloride 5 mg. In this combination unsafe contain is only phenylpropanolamine that is banned only in children not in adult in India.
