What Is The Treatment For Severe Cold And Running Nose?
Hi Doctor! What medicine should I take for immediate relief from severe cold with runny nose and sustained discomfort. I'm afraid, some available medicines for relief from cold and cough ends up in acute mucous congestion in the chest. Please suggest some medicines. As for me, I'm running 63 years, male, weighing 85 Kg.

I would prescribe you ,Steam Inhalation , combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Leukotriene antagonists Montelukast , Macrolide Antibiotic azithromycin & paracetamol .
