Hi,

You seem to have complicated acne lesions comprising inflammatory acne, comidones, conglobate acne, kelodal acne with erythema. You are suffering since 5 years. There may be genetic tendency also. Some factors like stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, travelling, sun exposure, oily food..etc might exacerbate the acne lesions. Antibiotic like azithromycine 500 mg thrice a week for few months may be taken. Isotretinoin 10 mg daily at night may be taken for few months, which might reduce conglobate and keloidal acne. Short course of steroid in low dose might reduce redness. Apply nadoxine gel in morning and clindamycine gel at night. Cleanse the face with antiseptic like cetaphil lotion. Take such treatment for few months. You may be bemefitted. Still, you consult dermatologist. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
