I am suffering from left leg heel pain since long time and back pain after back pain in October,2013 I am suffering from left leg severe pain after that I consult a doctor & USG of hole abdoman & He advice me scietica. what is the treatment in future kindly answer me. Thank you sir.

Hi, back pain with left leg pain indicates lumbar radiculopathy.
For this work up is required.
If I would have been your doctor I would advise you Xray LS spine and MRI LS spine .
Further treatment will be decided after seeing the MRI films.
