Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Any lung insult whether tuberculosis, pneumonia or Pulmonary contusions, heal by following mechanism.
1. Fibrosis
2. Calcification
3. Fibro calcification
4. Bronchiectesis
5. Rarely complete resolution.
Fibrosis and calcification are seen more commonly. These are healed scar tissue. They will remain as it is through out the life. They are inactive and noninfectious, so no treatment is required.
You need to prove this. And for this you need to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. CT thorax with Contrast
2. Bronchoscopy and BAL (bronchoalveolar lavage) analysis.
If both these are negative for tuberculosis then you can argue with visa authority about not having active, infectious disease, and your lesions are just healed, inactive, noninfectious scar.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
