Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
The red areas around your nose and chin could be due to seborrhoeic dermatitis which occurs in the teenage years due to excess oil production on the face. You could benefit from using a mild topical corticosteroid like hydrocortisone twice a day for 10 days. Do not use for prolonged duration as it can cause side effects. After it subsides, use a face wash containing 2% salicylic acid to keep oiliness at bay.
For pimples on the chin, you could use a gel containing 2.5% benzoyl peroxide at bedtime. The same face wash will help the acne too.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
