Hi, I am having rashes spots on my penis on 4 to 5 places and it is too much itchy, what should I do ?? I am put a medicated cream named Betnovate cream, but it is not helping me out at all. I live in abu dhabi - united arab emirates. Kindly reply me as soon as possible
