Psoriasis is a auto immune disease and has its origin related to mental setback suffered in past which can trigger the disease.The treatment available helps to get treated but till you are stressed mentally it does not subside.The Dermatologist will treat you and all will be equally competent as they have studied the same course ;the difference will be just in experience so the best will be the doctor you trust.Please get treated and you will recover but the first thing is to calm yourself mentally.
