What Is The Treatment For Protruding Veins And Hand Numbness?

hi quick question- recently i have noticed that my veins are more protruding on the incise of my pal, at the base- also, that area seems to have changed color, it has a purplish hue to it, and the space between my thumb and index is darker than it should be- almost like a tiny bruise. My hands do get numb at times, mind you I work at least six hours a day using a mouse and keyboard. I have been to my GP and she has said that she has seen worst. I have been on adrenal IR for a few months- I take 60mg/day, 2x a day. I have always had cold feet since a very young age, as well as the occasional hand numbness. I appreciate you taking the time to review this question. I am very much of a hypochondriac and searching such things on the internet is very distressing.
