hi doctor, i have sexual dificulties like premature ejaculation & it takes more than 15 mins to get active after i ejacuate once? is this normal or do I have to get medicine for this? im a gastric patient who takes Esemeprozole, domperidone, bifilac & mebavarine for more that 2 years. is this the side effects of these drugs? pls answer ASAP.
It is normal to have a temporary period of non-arousal after ejaculation. This is called "latency period" and this is absolutely normal. So, you don't have to worry about this.
It is unlikely that any of the medication that you are taking are resulting in any sexual side effects.
Regarding your problem of premature ejaculation, you can try practicing certain exercises like Kegel's exercises or techniques like the Masters and Johnson technique. Alternatively, there are medication available which can help delay ejaculation time. So, if this problem is very distressing, I would suggest that you consult a doctor for further help and treatment.
