the sperms ejaculation during nights happens with me very frequently..it happens abt 3 times in a week or more..also sufrng from xtreme backbone pain... please advice me some home remedies...i am 19 years old..when i get up at morning my sexual organ is erected ..it goes down when i urinate

You first need to relax as it is absolutely normal to have seminal fluid ejaculation at your age. And this is not sperm ejaculation. Sperm ejaculation occurs either during intercourse or during masturbation and spontaneous seminal fluid ejaculation is absolutely normal.
Also early morning erection means your sexual functioning is intact. So in my opinion you need to feel reassured that your sexual functioning is normal.
