age 30 years female weight 52kg. suffering last two months with gastric , abdominal pain , chest pain . Endoscopy result was pre-gastric pylaris. pls advise

Dear Kazi,thanks for query.You need regular course of anti acid medicines.Take small and frequent meals,light diet,avoid fried and fermented foods.Do not lie down for 2 hours after meals.keep in regular follow up with your doctor. bye.
