Hello,
Polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS ) is a very common disorder affecting females.
It can not be cured but managed properly so that one can achieve pregnancy.
The best treatment for PCOS is to reduce insulin resistance in body and this can be achieved by reducing weight and doing regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes along with fertility medications like CLOMID to induce ovulation.
Start metformin 500 mg twice a day for 6 months as this helps in reduction of insulin resistance.
Consult your doctor for proper management.
Thanks
