Hi and welcome to HCM
From your description you may be suffering from acne along with seborrhoeic dermatitis around the oily areas such as nasal folds. Do you have dandruff of the scalp or similar pimples on forehead, back, chest, etc?
If you do, using a dandruff shampoo twice a week can help reduce the symptoms on the face as well.
Along with this, keep the face oil free, but do not pick on pimples or scratch them.
Do not keep using amoxycillin by yourself as you will become resistant to it.
Keep a note of when these usually appear, whether it is due to sun exposure, application of any creams or cosmetics or oil, any food items, etc and avoid it.
You can apply a clindamycin gel daily on the pimples and take a 14 day course of doxycycline and check.
Use a brevoxyl facewash.
if they keep coming back, get the pus/discharge tested and consult a dermatologist regarding other possible causes.
Acne generally may need a longer course of treatment.
Hope this guides you.
