Question regarding Lyme's disease. Pt c/o peripheral neuropathy, mental confusion and decrease motility of esophagus (difficulty passing food to stomach). Trying to find more info on neuro symptoms. Recently diagnosed and tx w/ antibiotics, probalbly went undx long time.
