What Is The Treatment For Palpitations?

Heart palpitations
I am 31, female, mother of three kids and am
under quite a bit of stress with a marriage situation. I have recently started having a "falling feeling" or a "scared feeling" in my heart/chest. Feels like my heart skips a beat. What is this and how can I reduce these from happening?

Dear Mrs,

From your description it seems that you have a specific type of arrhythmia, which called extrasystoly (premature heart contraction). In your age it is quite benign arrhythmia, and usually induced by stress.
I would advise you to ask your doctor to prescribe you some medication for calming down nervous system, it will help to control arrhythmias, until you can get rid of stress and everything will be Ok.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
