Pain in back can be due to several reasons. First is thyroid. Is it under control. Other thin it could be nerve compression in spine. Are you feeling like numbness and needle like sensation. These are typical of disc disease. Are you able to sit on floor and cross leg sitting. These activities if not possible suggest hip joint problem.
