What Is The Treatment For Pain In Back And Leg, Numbness In Leg, And Stomach Tenderness?

I am 25 years old. I m not overweight, reasonably healthy and quite active. I have quite sharp pain in the lower right hand side of my back that radiates down my right leg. This morning when I woke I ve felt a bit of numbness in my leg and my stomach area feels quite tender. The pain has been there about 5 months now.

thanks for your question

I think you are suffering from early lumbar arthritic changes in back

you first go for physiotherapy treatment for pain in back and radiating pain in leg

take interferential therapy for radiating pain and back pain

take ultrasound therapy on back if painful area is locally situated it will give micro massage and micro healing

take short wave diathermy at back which increase circulation decrease spasm and wash out waste products which produces pain

do back exercise like isometric back ex.bridging , straight leg raising , prone head extension , isometric abdominal ex etc will give you totally relief from pain

do every exercise 10 time twice in a day
