Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history of taking anti-malarial syrup, drank after drinking milk, followed by nausea, vomiting for which you were hospitalized. Now feeling continuous nausea, condition is worsening, wants to know what to do... Since there is nausea, get an upper GI Endoscopy so that a proper diagnosis can be made. Get a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone to control the nausea and antacids to take when on empty stomach. Get a consultation with a Gastroenterologist for further clinical evaluation and management. Avoid all the foods and beverages that cause such problems. Take soft bland diet made at home. Boiled and cooled water. Tests of blood particularly for liver and kidney functions. Ultrasonography of the abdomen and CT scan to confirm if there are any positive findings and get further treatment as per the reports as required.
